3M Trim Line Bus Stop Ad

Found this under Innovative Media in Clio Awards 2005

Advertiser: Trim Line
Title: Security Glass - Transit
Agency: Rethink, Vancouver

I thought it was really eye catching because of the MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. I mean we work hard to earn more money also for a better living. the catch is the money but that's not it. it's the security glass when people can't break through that glass.

I guess the motive was obvious: attention and durability.
nevertheless, I wonder if the money placed inside was REAL. imagine if someone take a get at it.

would you? 4/5

Hewlett Packard Personal Computer TV Ad (Different versions)

Hewlett Packard Personal Computer Ad
Pharrell version - Freestyle man

Mark Cuban version - Technology man

Jay-Z version - Business man

Mark Burnett - Creative man

This Ad was to highlight the different functions of a personal notebook but was enhanced with the use of graphics and catering to different groups in the USA using different person icons.

I like the concept. simple and clear cut. captures my attention. functional and informative. There's many versions for this Ad which was posted on top with different interests.

not to forget the use of graphics bringing in colours and products we find it familiar and close to our daily lives. 4/5

Fit*Indivi Outdoor Ad

The fashion industry has always been very competitive. Marketing mix are usually done through channels of print ads in magazines, newspapers and most important retail marketing where sales draw customers and also the layout of the store.

the feel, the differentiation, the BRAND combining with the right mix of 4Ps to 8Ps even.

with complements from Jacky,I thought this outdoor advertising idea implemented was brilliant! Being a lady indulge in shopping, I thought this experiential marketing was a breakthrough to bring the clothes closer to consumers.Besides that, it fits the brand image. "To fit each individual"

I believe this is in Asia. I suspect it maybe in Japan, Taiwan, China, Hongkong, Malaysia or maybe Singapore? The idea is fun and innovative. who says Asians can't be creative?

Ladies could now see how they look with a mirror and clothes that might stir their interest to purchase it or to walk into that store.

"Give me those clothes!"
"I Look great in them!"

Huggies: Too Good TV Ad

Huggies: Too Good

I received this via email of this HUGGIES: soft nappy ad and I thought it was so lovable!

Babies melt heart and to use them in the context "Even with a bad day, it still feels good with soft nappy" link closely with every parents' heart.

Showing the "be happy" concept of babies to the real adult world - the work phase that one can possibly face allow parents to forget all work troubles temporary and alert their cues of emotions of happiness.

Brilliant idea and capture my heart with the smile on the lead baby's face. 4.5/5!

China's Bus/Elevator Ad

Thanks to Jacky! He sent me many interesting ads which I will take time to post them here.

Now with global trends evolving, China has gain an important standing in today's economy and some say they will catch up with the US Economy, without a doubt.

Look at one of the ad in China I believe because I recognise the MTR's map. To think they have interesting marketing campaign to draw consumer's brand awareness.

I have no source about the product or the advertiser but just enjoy the fresh innovative idea with a sense of humour!

Definitely an attention grabber:
